Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We are very flexible with the time frame in which we give for you to return merchandise. Being who we are we want you to be happy. With that being said we do ask to try and get your return or exchanges to us in a reasonable amount of time.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have original tags on the item.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us at labodegacapecod@gmail.com.
Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product you should mail your product to: La Bodega, 1075 Main Street, Brewster MA 02631, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you want to avoid paying shipping costs on your returns/exchanges we would be glad to accept the item(s) in-store.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
